- Refund Timeline
All unsuccessful applications will be refunded within 30 days from the date of allotment. Refunds will be processed to the same account that the user has provided at the time of application.
- 100% Refund Guarantee If the allotment is not confirmed, a 100% refund will be issued without any deductions or charges.
- Cancellation by Allottee If an allottee chooses to cancel their allotment, a cancellation charges of ₹11000/- may apply. If no response is received from the allottee regarding the cancellation, the refund process will commence after due diligence. Cancellation refunds will be processed within 45 days after verification. Refund Only Through NEFT/RTGS, DD or Cheque Only
- Disputes Any disputes arising in relation to the terms of this refund policy shall be settled amicably through mutual discussion. In case of unresolved disputes, the aggrieved party may approach the adjudicating officer under the Real Estate Act. The courts at Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this policy.
